Jeff Meek is a Northern California native, born to James Meek, a retired Chief Master Sergeant, and a junior high teacher who taught English and music. He is the youngest of four children.
As a child, Jeffrey moved around a lot, living in Fairfield, CA, Zweibrücken, Germany, and Marquette, Michigan. He attended Arlington High School in Riverside, CA, where he starred in school plays and was athletic, playing football, tennis, basketball, and baseball.
After high school, Jeffrey attended the University of California at Irvine, graduating with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Drama in 1983. He moved to New York City in 1984, after being cast as Quinn McCleary on "Search for Tomorrow".
Jeffrey has starred in various TV shows and movies, including "Remo Williams", "Heart Condition", "Johnny Handsome", "Winter People", "The Exile", "Raven", "The St. Tammany Miracle", "Dazzle", "Timelock", "Breaking the Surface: The Greg Louganis Story", "The Visioner", "Pacific Blue", "Mortal Kombat Conquest", "Code Name: Phoenix", "Hercules - The Legendary Journeys", "The Pretender and Profiler", "Vice", "She's no Angel", "Law and Order", "Charmed", "Break a Leg", and "General Hospital".
Jeffrey has also had a successful stage career, performing in over 100 plays and musicals. He has won several awards for his stage work, including two Dramalogue Awards.
In his free time, Jeffrey enjoys sports, music, and martial arts. He is a black belt in TKD and Aikido and has a strong interest in working behind the camera.
