Jenna Haze, the renowned adult film star, was born in Fullerton, California, and spent a significant portion of her childhood in La Habra, California, before also residing in Lancaster, California, and Inver Grove Heights, Minnesota. Due to her parents' divorce at a young age, Haze developed a rebellious streak, which was evident in her transition from being a "teacher's pet" in her youth to her eventual departure from high school at the age of 15.
Haze continued her education through homeschooling and held a series of low-paying jobs, including working as a fast food manager, oil change technician, toy store employee, waitress at a pie shop, and server at a Marie Callender's restaurant. When she turned 18, she attempted stripping as a means of making a living, but only lasted for a day before quitting.
A year later, Haze met someone who had connections to the adult film industry and was encouraged to pursue a career in the field. She was intrigued by the opportunity and began working in the industry just two days after being introduced to it. Initially, she worked with an agent to secure jobs, but soon realized that she could negotiate better terms on her own and discontinued her agent's services.
Haze worked consistently until taking a break during the 2001 Christmas season, during which she did not produce any films for several months. Upon her return in early 2002, she was hired by Jill Kelly Productions for a single film, and her performance impressed the company so much that they offered her a contract, which she eventually accepted.
In addition to her work in the adult film industry, Haze has also appeared in mainstream projects, including the 2007 comedy Superbad, where she played the role of Vagtastic Voyage Girl #2, and the 2009 action thriller Crank: High Voltage. In 2014, she played the role of Suzy Whitefeather in the horror film Raised by Wolves.
