Jeremiah Kissel is a highly accomplished and experienced actor with a remarkable 40-year career on the professional stages of New England. His impressive repertoire includes numerous major roles at Boston's most esteemed theaters, such as The Huntington, American Repertory Theater, The Lyric Stage, and Commonwealth Shakespeare Company, to name a few.
Throughout his illustrious career, Kissel has received numerous prestigious awards, including multiple IRNE and Elliot Norton awards, with the most recent being the 2014 Norton Best Actor award for his outstanding performance in "Imagining Madoff". In 2003, he was honored with Boston's highest theater accolade, The Elliot Norton Award for Sustained Excellence, a testament to his dedication and exceptional talent.
Kissel has shared the stage with an impressive array of talented actors, including Alan Alda, Jeffery Donovan, Edward Herrmann, and Kate Burton, in productions such as "Three Farces and a Funeral", "Hamlet", "Two Gentlemen of Florence", and "The Cherry Orchard".
