Jeremy was born and raised in Huntington, New York, and is most notable for his work on films such as Letters From Iwo Jima, Rust Creek, Save Me, and In The Clouds, the latter of which earned him an award.
As a child, Jeremy was inspired by his first viewing of Back to the Future, which led him to attend theatre camp, take voice classes, and participate in school productions. During his summers off from studying theatre at the University of Delaware, he worked full-time at production companies and talent agencies in Los Angeles.
After graduating from college, Jeremy settled in LA and began working in production at Paramount Studios, but soon turned his focus to acting. He quickly started booking roles in films such as Letters From Iwo Jima, Save Me, and Good Dick, the latter of which he co-produced and appeared in alongside Jason Ritter and Marianna Palka.
Jeremy has also appeared in a number of independent films, including Moonlight Serenade, in which he starred alongside Amy Adams, and Playing It Cool, in which he played alongside Chris Evans and Michelle Monaghan. In 2019, he wrote, produced, and starred in the award-winning short film On the Ride, which premiered at over 20 film festivals worldwide.
In addition to his film work, Jeremy has had a successful career in television, with recurring and guest roles on shows such as Grey's Anatomy, The Good Fight, Modern Family, 9-1-1, The Fosters, How I Met Your Mother, Desperate Housewives, CSI, Bones, CSI:NY, Castle, In Plain Sight, Cold Case, ER, Veronica Mars, and Angel. He has also lent his voice to the video game Uncharted 4: A Thief's End.
Jeremy has received numerous awards and nominations for his work, including a Best Lead Actor nomination for his role in the web series These People. He has also been honored with the LA Weekly Award for Best Male Comedy Performance for his role in Block Nine.
Throughout his career, Jeremy has worked alongside a number of notable actors and actresses, including Tony Award winner Julie White and Johnny Gilecki in the Broadway production of The Little Dog Laughed. He has also been a company member of the Elephant Theatre Company and Improvatorium in Los Angeles.
Jeremy's theatre credits include A Picture of Dorian Gray, Anything, 7 Redneck Cheerleaders, The Sand Storm, and Scooter Thomas Makes It to the Top of the World.
