Jeremy Michael Jordan was born on November 20, 1984, in Corpus Christi, Texas. He is widely recognized for his captivating performances in television shows such as Smash, which premiered in 2012, and Supergirl, which debuted in 2015.
Prior to his rise to fame, Jeremy earned a degree in musical theater from Ithaca College in 2007. However, he left the show in December 2009 to take on the iconic role of Tony in West Side Story.
In 2011, Jeremy originated the character of Clyde Barrow in the musical Bonnie & Clyde, earning him the prestigious Theatre World Award. He soon transitioned to star in the Broadway production of Newsies, garnering Tony and Grammy nominations for his portrayal of Jack Kelly.
Four months into the run of Newsies, Jeremy was cast as Jimmy Collins in the second season of Smash, which premiered in 2012. To accommodate his dual roles, he would film Smash during the day and star in Newsies in the evening. Eventually, he left Newsies to focus on Smash full-time.
