Jesse Nilsson, a talented individual with a passion for the dramatic arts, began his journey in the entertainment industry at a young age, despite being an asthmatic. Throughout his career, he accumulated an impressive array of credits, both in feature films and television shows.
Jesse's early start in the industry included a six-episode guest star role on the CBC series Our Hero, where he portrayed Rollins, an animal rescue technician, and later starred as A.J., the series lead, in the 2002 series University.
Jesse received his dramatic education at the renowned Ryerson Theatre School in Toronto, Canada. He went on to secure guest-starring roles on HBO's Dear America, In a Heartbeat, and Twice in a Lifetime in 1999. Additionally, he took on the lead role in Disney's teen movie Model Behavior, opposite N'Sync's Justin Timberlake, in 2000.
Jesse's most recent work was as Gabriel Patterson on Adventure Inc. in 2002. Tragically, his life was cut short due to health complications, as he had been suffering from pneumonia for two weeks prior to his death. Despite this, he was on the road to recovery.
Jesse Nilsson is survived by his loving mother, father, sister, and brother. His funeral service was held on May 1, 2003, at the Jerrett Funeral Chapel in Toronto, Canada.
