Joachim Trier is a multifaceted Norwegian creative force, renowned for his impressive body of work as a writer and director.
His cinematic repertoire boasts a diverse range of feature films, including the critically acclaimed Reprise (2006),Oslo, August 31st (2011),Louder Than Bombs (2015),and Thelma (2017).
In addition to his feature films, Trier has also demonstrated his versatility by directing three short films, Pietà (2000),Still (2001),and Procter (2002).
Interestingly, his father, Jacob Trier, was the sound technician for the notable Norwegian film, The Pinchcliffe Grand Prix, which was produced in 1975.
