Joseph Mulrey McIntyre, the youngest of nine children, including seven sisters and two brothers, born on New Year's Eve in 1972 at Deaconess-Glover Hospital in Needham, Massachusetts.
From a very young age, Joseph has demonstrated a natural talent for performance, beginning his artistic endeavors at the tender age of six. This innate ability would eventually lead him to stardom when he was selected to join the highly successful boy band New Kids on the Block in 1985.
The band's phenomenal success spanned many years, but eventually came to an end in June 1994. Undeterred, Joseph decided to pursue his passion for acting, and in 2000, he landed the role of Matt Hucklebee in the production of The Fantasticks.
