Born in the esteemed Holy Name Hospital in Teaneck, New Jersey, a small town resident by upbringing, he spent his formative years in the quaint River Vale. Upon completion of his secondary education at Pascack Valley Regional High School, he pursued higher learning at Bergen Community College in Paramus, New Jersey.
In the early 1980s, he began showcasing his theatrical talents on local stages, subsequently transitioning to the Off-Broadway scene. By the mid-1980s, he had made a name for himself on the New York Soap Opera circuit, securing supporting roles in films such as "Sea Of Love", opposite the iconic Al Pacino and Ellen Barkin, where he played the character of Tommy.
In 1990, he relocated to California, driven by a relentless pursuit of his acting career. It was during this period that he landed a recurring role as Eddie G. in the pilot for the TV series "The World According To Straw", starring the talented Kevin Pollak.
He soon made guest appearances on popular television shows, including "Ally McBeal" as Michael Young, and has since appeared on over 30 television programs, such as "Criminal Minds", "Without A Trace", "CSI: Miami", and "NCIS" on CBS. Notable guest roles include the final episode of "NYPD Blue", the hit FOX show "24" as Joe Prado, "Boston Legal", "Heroes", "Mad Men", "Harry's Law", and "Rizzoli & Isles" to name a few.
Beyond his acting endeavors, he has also ventured into writing theatrical scripts, with two of his works being optioned (Outlaws and Lunatics, Refuge). Additionally, he penned a television pilot, "You, Me and Johnny", which was produced and filmed at Raleigh Studios in Manhattan Beach.
