Biography

Jonathan's journey as an actor began at the MBO theatre school in Rotterdam, where he honed his craft before moving on to complete his training at the Theatre Academy in Maastricht. With a passion for his work, he has gone on to appear in numerous television series and films, showcasing his versatility and range as a performer.

One of his notable roles was in the summer of 2018, where he appeared in the series "I Know Who You Are" and "Lois". In 2019, he took on the role of Morten in the series of the same name, and also had a supporting role in the BBC series "Killing Eve". Additionally, he made an appearance in the series "Drunk History", specifically in the episode focused on Vincent van Gogh.

In the fall of 2019, Jonathan was cast as Berry in the Centraal 'Teef', a film selected for the Golden Calf competition at the Netherlands Film Festival. He then went on to star alongside Jade Olieberg and Hans Kesting in the first Dutch Netflix series "Ares", which was released in January 2020.

Later that year, Jonathan appeared in the series "Awkward Turtle" developed for 3Lab, as well as the winning series "Sas has an STD" and "Koppensnellers" for NL Film. His extensive resume also includes appearances in the telefilm "Het Bestand", the film "Kappen", and the series "Penoza" and "Moordvrouw".
