Josh was born and raised in Los Angeles, and made his feature film debut at the tender age of eight in Columbia Pictures' "The Green Hornet" opposite Academy Award nominee Tom Wilkinson. This early start in the industry laid the foundation for his future success, and he went on to land a recurring role on the critically acclaimed series "Suburgatory" on ABC from 2012-13.
As a talented young actor, Josh brought to life the character of "A.J.", a wealthy kid who always had great advice for the adults, including his thoughts on love. His sarcastic and know-it-all personality quickly won over audiences, and he became a fan favorite on the show.
Following his stint on "Suburgatory", Josh returned to film, appearing in Warner Bros.' "The Incredible Burt Wonderstone", starring as "Judah Munny" opposite James Gandolfini. In this role, he stole audience's hearts as the big-hearted and silently funny son of Doug Munny, played by Gandolfini.
In addition to his work in film and television, Josh has also made appearances on Adult Swim's "Children's Hospital", and guest-starred on TNT's "Franklin and Bash", and Nickelodeon's "Deadtime Stories". Most recently, he guest-starred as title character "Gene" in episode 14 of FOX's "Dads", opposite Seth Green.
In 2014, Josh can be seen starring in the brand new NBC series "Crisis" opposite Gillian Anderson, Dermot Mulroney, Lance Gross, and Rachael Taylor. In this gripping drama, he plays the role of "Anton", a super-smart kid who skipped multiple grades, making him one of the youngest on the hijacked bus. "Crisis" premiered on NBC March 16, 2014.
When he's not acting, Josh has a passion for writing, and has written many mock episodes of cartoons, screenplays, and scripts. He is also dedicated to giving back, and volunteers for the Make a Wish Foundation and the Alliance for Lupus Research. In his free time, he loves to play sports, with basketball and volleyball being his favorites.
