John Taylor, also known as JT, was born and raised in the charming town of Glastonbury, Connecticut. From a tender age, JT's passion for acting was palpable, and he began pursuing his dreams at the tender age of 18 during his high school years by actively participating in school plays. This early exposure to the world of acting only fueled his desire to hone his craft, and he subsequently spent time traveling to New York to attend acting classes.
Before making the big move to Los Angeles in 2004, JT attended Eastern Connecticut State University, where he further developed his acting skills. He has since been a part of the esteemed Howard Fine Acting Studio for several years, refining his talents under the guidance of renowned instructors.
JT's impressive resume boasts a string of notable credits, including the male lead in Daughtry's music video, "No Surprise," and the troubled bank employee in the award-winning film, $lowdown (2011). His extensive filmography also features numerous film appearances, as well as a stint on the popular TV show, CSI: Crime Scene Investigation (2000).
In a notable career milestone, JT and his brother, Damon, announced the launch of their production company, Route 17 Entertainment, in January 2012. This exciting venture will see the brothers take on lead roles in three independent features, marking a significant step forward in their professional endeavors.
