Karen is a distinguished and accomplished actress, proudly affiliated with SAG-AFTRA and Equity, with a storied career that spans multiple disciplines and mediums. Her journey in the performing arts began at the tender age of two, when she started training as a ballerina, honing her craft with over a dozen esteemed dance companies throughout the Southeast.
As she grew and developed as an artist, dance naturally evolved into musical theatre, and Karen's talents soon took her to Atlanta, where she expanded her repertoire to include film, television, and radio. Her impressive stage presence has made her a household name in the South, with a plethora of credits at renowned theatres, including The Alliance Theatre, Theatrical Outfit, ART Station, Ansley Park Playhouse, Peachtree Playhouse, Stage Door, and Actors' Express.
In addition to her extensive stage work, Karen has also made a lasting impact as the resident choreographer at ART Station Theatre in Stone Mountain since 2001, and as a guest director since 2011. Currently, she focuses primarily on film and television, bringing her exceptional skills and experience to a wide range of projects.
