Kathryn is a renowned writer, skillfully represented by Verve Talent Agency and Kinetic Media Talent Management, her professional career marked by numerous accolades. Born and raised in a quaint North Carolina town, her family's ownership of roller skating rinks played a significant role in shaping her early life.
As a high school student, Kathryn's talent for the performing arts was evident, as she took center stage in every play and musical production, simultaneously excelling in four sports per year. Her academic pursuits led her to earn a Bachelor's degree in English and Psychology from Stanford University and a Master's degree in Family and Child Studies from Northern Illinois University.
In 2015, Kathryn co-founded Women in Film and Media Colorado, serving as President Emeritus and Advisory Board Liaison. Her extensive portfolio includes various projects currently in development as of 2024, including an animated television series based on James Patterson novels, in collaboration with Axis Entertainment, which also produced Love, Death and Robots and Scrooge: A Christmas Carol (2022).
Furthermore, Kathryn is involved in two animated family features, one with renowned animation director Alex Orrelle, responsible for The Incredibles, Space Jam 2, and Klaus, and another with Filmallee Studios in Munich.
