Keith Lawrence Middlebrook, a native of Honolulu, Hawaii, is the youngest of three children born to Floyd Kenneth Middlebrook and Martha Maria Middlebrook. Growing up, he was influenced by his family's dynamic, which likely shaped his aspirations and personality. As he matured, Middlebrook's interest in the entertainment industry began to take form, initially sparked by a semi-scripted appearance on the popular courtroom show "Judge Judy".
This early exposure to the world of television piqued Middlebrook's curiosity, and he soon found himself drawn to the idea of becoming a professional actor. Years went by, during which time he honed his skills and waited for the right opportunity to present itself. That chance finally arrived when a friend offered to secure him a spot as an extra on the critically acclaimed HBO series "The Sopranos". The prospect of working on this iconic show was too enticing to resist, and Middlebrook packed his bags, flying to New York to pursue his dream.
