Kellie's journey began on the prestigious stages of Ireland's renowned venues, with her debut performance at the National Concert Hall at the age of 15 securing her return for the next two years.
At 18, Kellie secured a contract with a Los Angeles-based management company, prompting her to relocate to the United States.
It was in Los Angeles that she recorded her first album "No Prisoners", a compilation of her original songs, working with renowned producer Preston Glass, who has collaborated with iconic artists such as Whitney Houston, Natalie Cole, and Aretha Franklin.
Kellie and Preston would later collaborate again on his album "Music is Medicine", performing together on numerous occasions, including at the launch party for his hit song "Miss You Like Crazy", where Kellie lent her voice to the track.
She also starred in the Irish romantic comedy "The O'Briens'", contributed two songs to the movie "Home" and "Capture", which also feature on her album "Bluebird", which she penned herself.
In Los Angeles, Kellie began writing and hosting for the news network "Current TV", founded by former American Vice President Al Gore, gaining valuable skills and expertise in writing.
She then took to the stage in Ireland's TV show "The Voice", where she was mentored by Sharon Corr.
Kellie has since taken on a diverse range of roles, including the horror movie "The Inside", the TV series "The Borgias", and the comedy "The Shrink Next Door" alongside Will Ferrell.
She also starred in the festive movie "A Merry Scottish Christmas", which is set for release this winter.
In 2022, Kellie received an actor as creator grant from Screen Ireland, which she used to write, star in, and produce the short film "Woman in Retrograde", composing music alongside Golden Globe nominee Brian Byrne.
The film premiered at multiple festivals, including two Oscar-qualifying ones, and earned a nomination for best short film at the international Julien Dubuque film festival.
Kellie's passion for blending music, acting, and writing is evident in her work, and her short film is a prime example of this approach.
