Ohio-born Ken Miller, son of a minister, embarked on a showbiz career without his parents' knowledge, eventually relocating to California after his father's passing. A string of odd jobs preceded his film debut in 1952's Fearless Fagan. Miller's subsequent stint in Berlin, where he was serving in the military, allowed him to take time off to appear in the low-budget TV series Flash Gordon.
Upon returning to Los Angeles, Miller socialized with his contemporaries, including Connie Stevens, Troy Donahue, Annette Funicello, and Burt Reynolds, although he never achieved the same level of success as his peers. Miller remained active in the entertainment industry, releasing his own music records and appearing in both film and television.
In later years, Miller resided in Florida until his eventual passing.
