Kenneth first appeared on screen in 1994 as the Doctor who delivers tragic news to Travis Tritt in the highly acclaimed CMA music video for the smash hit country song "Tell Me I was Dreaming". He was even sporting a full head of hair back then.
Since then, Kenneth has made numerous television appearances, including featured, co-starring, and recurring roles in FEAR THE WALKING DEAD on AMC, THE LEFTOVERS on HBO, LONGMIRE on A&E and Netflix, QUEEN OF THE SOUTH on USA Network, REVOLUTION on NBC, FRIDAY NIGHT LIGHTS on NBC, DALLAS on TNT, PRISON BREAK on FOX, and WALKER, TEXAS RANGER.
He has also co-starred in feature films, such as TROOP ZERO on Amazon with Viola Davis, and RICH KIDS on Netflix as Daryl. His film credits also include OLYMPUS HAS FALLEN with Morgan Freeman, and DRIVE ANGRY 3D with Nicolas Cage.
In the Summer of 2019, Kenneth won the Best Actor award at Austin's 48 Hour Film Festival for his portrayal of a grieving husband in the short film 6:15.
As a theater actor, Kenneth has earned a B. Iden Payne award for his performance as Taggart in MEN OF TORTUGA at Street Corner Arts. He has also played Joe Cooper in KILLER JOE at Capital T Theatre, Denny in A STEADY RAIN at A Chick & A Dude, and Ariel in THE PILLOWMAN at Hyde Park Theatre, which earned him an Austin Critics Table award.
In 2010, Kenneth was recognized as "Actor of the Year" by the Austin Theatre Examiner: Reader's Choice Awards, as well as Best Featured Actor in a Comedy by Ryan E. Johnson of the Austin Theatre Examiner.
Kenneth has also originated the character of Abner in his one-man theatrical show entitled WICKER CHAIRS, and has penned WIND CHIMES AND VARICOSE CREAM, which was published in the Texas Theatre Journal. His play SEAMSTRESS won Best of Fest at Hyde Park Theatre's Fronterafest.
Kenneth is a core company theatre member of both Hyde Park Theatre and Capital T Theatre in Austin, Texas, and lives near Austin with his wife Cathryn. He is a graduate of the Fine Arts program at Sam Houston State University.
