Kevin Kent, a decorated and seasoned veteran, retired from the Naval Special Warfare (US Navy SEAL Teams) after 21 years of dedicated service, concluding his career as a Chief Special Warfare Operator (E-7).
During his illustrious career, Kent graduated from Basic Underwater Demolition/ SEAL Training (BUD/S) with class 200 and spent over 15 years with SEAL Team Five, stationed in Coronado, California.
Throughout his deployments, Kent completed an impressive 9 special operations combat deployments worldwide, with a significant portion of those deployments taking place in Iraq and Afghanistan (OIF/OEF),earning him recognition for his combat valor.
In addition to his operational duties, Kent trained a vast array of personnel in air operations, Close Quarters Combat, driving, and weapons handling tactics, techniques, and procedures.
Following his retirement from the military, Kent transitioned to the film industry, where he has worked as an actor, stuntman, weapons trainer, and military/technical advisor under the mentorship of the renowned Harry Humphries.
During his time in film school, Kent founded K-Squared Productions (K-Squared.cc),allowing him to write, produce, and direct various projects. His recent film and TV credits include "Da 5 Bloods," "The Tomorrow War," "The Walking Dead: World Beyond," "Bosch: Legacy," and seasons 1-4 of Tom Clancy's "Jack Ryan."
Kent has also written, produced, and directed several short films, including "Flight," "[CUR]sed," and "Exploited," which have garnered numerous accolades at film festivals.
Currently, Kent is working on multiple film and television projects, having recently graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Digital Cinematography in August 2021.
