As the captain in this production, he takes on a heroic role, departing from his usual villainous characters. This three-month shoot marks a significant departure from his typical villainous roles.
Kevin's impressive performance in the box office hit The Battle at Lake Changjin, where he played Colonel Allan MacLean, was a testament to his professionalism and decade-long experience. He was chosen by Chinese superstar Wu Jing for this role, bringing depth and nuance to the character.
Kevin's passion for acting began at a young age, but it wasn't until he was 23 that he took the leap into the industry, working a full-time job while pursuing his dream. After successfully auditioning for the prestigious London School of Dramatic Art (LSDA),he spent two years honing his craft before continuing his studies at Birkbeck University, where he explored new acting techniques.
His career took a pivotal turn when he moved to China. A chance encounter with Wu Jing led to an audition for a role in Wolf Warrior, and Kevin seized the opportunity, launching his career in the action film industry.
Since then, Kevin has worked on a wide range of local and international productions, from independent films to big-budget blockbusters across China, Thailand, and Malaysia. His unique blend of physical presence and versatility has made him one of the most sought-after foreign actors in China.
