Wu Jianzhong, more commonly known by his stage name Onitsuka Ng Kin-chung, is a multifaceted individual, excelling in both the entertainment and fashion industries as a Hong Kong-based actor and fashion designer.
Born into a large family of ten brothers, Ng's early life was marked by adversity when his father tragically passed away when he was just eleven years old, leaving his family to struggle and navigate the challenges that followed.
Despite these difficulties, Ng's innate passion for fashion design emerged as a beacon of hope, inspiring him to pursue a career in the arts. His first foray into acting came in the 1979 film "Da Teng" (Caning),where he played the role of a prisoner.
This early experience would pave the way for further prominent roles in Hong Kong films, including "Jiang Hu Zheng Jiang" (Fortune Hunters),"Triad Story", and "Angel Terminators". Ng's talent and dedication would continue to earn him recognition within the industry.
As the years progressed, Ng's entrepreneurial spirit led him to open his own fashion store in 1985, which would expand its reach throughout the 1990s. However, in 2003, Ng made the difficult decision to shutter all locations due to health concerns, prioritizing his well-being above all else.
