Actor Kyle Davis was born in Downey, California, where he spent his early years before relocating to Arizona at the age of 14 with his parents. He attended Sedona Red Rock High School and later pursued his interest in photography at Yavapi Community College.
However, his academic journey was cut short when he got involved in a fight that left him blind in his left eye, effectively ending his plans to enlist in the military. This setback led Kyle to re-evaluate his priorities and consider alternative career paths.
In 1998, Kyle made the bold decision to move back to Southern California to pursue his childhood dream of becoming a professional skateboarder. Although he suffered a serious injury, tearing his ACL, his cousin encouraged him to explore the world of acting instead.
At the age of 20, Kyle began his acting career, initially taking on small roles and working as an extra for various shows and commercials. He was determined to teach himself the craft, using a video camera and answering machine to hone his skills.
As his confidence grew, Kyle began to learn the ins and outs of the industry by working with talent agencies and casting directors. He even landed a job as a professional reader, reading scenes for Jamie Foxx in the film "Collateral."
Kyle's big break came when he landed a role in a Jack in the Box commercial, earning him his SAG card. Since then, his career has taken off, with guest spots on popular TV shows like "Felicity," "CSI," and "The Shield," as well as appearances in over 70 commercials and 15 films.
Most recently, Kyle was cast alongside Sophia Bush and Sean Bean in Dave Meyers' remake of "The Hitcher." Throughout his career, Kyle has demonstrated his versatility and dedication to his craft, making him a sought-after talent in the entertainment industry.
Today, Kyle resides in North Hollywood with his wife, two dogs, and three cats, continuing to pursue his passion for acting and inspiring others with his remarkable story of perseverance and determination.
