Kyle Mac is a Canadian actor born and raised in Edmonton, Alberta, where he was discovered on the CBC reality series "Triple Sensation: Search for Canada's Next Theatre Star", being selected as one of twelve finalists from across the country.
After the filming of the series, he moved to Toronto and began his professional career, working in theatre, film, and television, and was quickly named one of Canada's "Ten Actors to Watch" by Playback.
Throughout his career, he has held series regular and recurring roles on various Netflix and Amazon series, including "Hemlock Grove", "Between", "21 Thunder", "The Boys", and "Reacher", working alongside Oscar-winning directors, actors, and producers.
In addition to his acting work, he has also been actively involved in producing short films, web series, and indie features, with notable projects including the short film "MAMA", written and directed by John David Edwards, which won several awards at various film festivals, including Best Indie Short at the Barcelona Film Festival, Best Short Film at the World Film Awards, and the Audience Award at the Maui Film Festival.
The short films he has produced have played in over 50 festivals around the world, and in 2023, he produced his first feature film, "Cloudy Falls", written and directed by Nick Butler, which is set to be distributed in the US by Gravitas Ventures and in Canada by FilmOption in 2024.
