In the year 2025, Lisa will be taking on the role of Judge Julie in the gritty crime thriller L.A. 4ORCE, a film directed by Giovanni Zelko, which has already garnered a remarkable 20+ awards on the Festival Circuit. Additionally, Lisa will be appearing as a Studio Exec in the 2024 comedy film, Namas Dei: The Tucker J. James Story.
In the near future, Lisa will be reprising one of her favorite types of roles, that of a mother, in the upcoming Chapman film "Family Plans", where she will be playing a conservative mother, directed by Linda Lin.
Lisa also ventured into the world of web series, writing, producing, and starring in her own comedy series, Judgment Call (2019),A Series About Mood Swings! This series is available on YouTube and follows the lives of five middle-aged career ladies who are dear friends, as they navigate the challenges of aging with humor. The show aims to fill a gap in the media landscape by celebrating the experiences of older women, as there are few shows that focus on this demographic.
On the stage, Lisa has had the opportunity to portray a wide range of characters, including Beth in "Ordinary People", the grieving mother Nancy in "Frozen", Miss Stephanie in "To Kill A Mockingbird", the socialite Hillary in "Modern Drama", and Agnes Gooch in "Mame". She has also co-produced and created the role of Maggie in "Echoes", a play written by her husband, and has successfully mounted her solo show "My Mother's Yard".
