Biography

Lisa Wilhoit, a talented actress, began her acting career at the tender age of 10 when a casting director stumbled upon her during a gymnastics class. This chance discovery led to her being cast in a stunt role for the iconic movie "Hook", where she played a young Julia Roberts. Her impressive performance in this film marked the beginning of her journey in the entertainment industry.

At the age of 14, Lisa made her television series debut as Danielle Chase, the attention-seeking little sister of Claire Danes, in the critically acclaimed drama "My So-Called Life" (1994-1995). Her portrayal of this character earned her a Youth in Film Award for best performance in a drama series. This recognition not only solidified her status as a rising star but also paved the way for her future projects.

Lisa's television career continued to flourish with her roles in two prime-time comedies, "Social Studies" (1997) on UPN and "The Tom Show" (1997-1998) on the WB. In "Social Studies", she played a troubled adolescent in a New York boarding school, while in "The Tom Show", she portrayed Tom Arnold's apprehensive teenage daughter.

Beyond her on-screen accomplishments, Lisa has also made a name for herself as a voice actress. With over 40 films, radio commercials, and cartoons under her belt, she has demonstrated her versatility and range. One of her most notable voice roles is that of Connie D'Amico, a recurring character in the witty animated-comedy "Family Guy".

Lisa hails from a show business family, with a grandfather who scored music for TV productions such as "The Fugitive" and "The F.B.I.", a father who is a sound effects editor, and younger cousins who played the twin boys on ABC's long-running comedy series "Full House" (1992-1995). This familial background has undoubtedly played a significant role in shaping her passion for the entertainment industry and her dedication to her craft.
