Mace Coronel embarked on his acting journey at the tender age of seven, his initial forays into the world of entertainment taking the form of indie short-films. It was during these early sets that he discovered his passion for acting, a spark that would ignite a lifelong fascination with the craft. As a seven-year-old, Mace began taking acting classes, his enthusiasm for the art form evident in his eagerness to learn.
However, his time in classes was short-lived, as Mace soon came to the realization that "acting is being", a profound epiphany that would shape his approach to the craft moving forward. He subsequently opted to eschew formal training, instead choosing to hone his skills through self-study and hands-on experience.
At the age of eight, Mace's burgeoning talent caught the attention of casting directors, who saw fit to cast him in episodes of the popular television shows Days of Our Lives and Hart of Dixie. This early exposure served as a springboard for further opportunities, including a recurring role as R.J. Forrester on the CBS soap opera The Bold and the Beautiful.
As he entered his ninth year, Mace landed the lead role in Nickelodeon's popular sitcom Nicky Ricky Dicky and Dawn, a position he would hold for four years. Following his departure from the show, Mace returned to his true love – independent film – and went on to star as the lead in the critically acclaimed coming-of-age film Pocket (2019),a project that showcased his impressive range and versatility as a young actor.
