Maggie Parto, a cultural chameleon, hails from a cosmopolitan family where linguistic and cultural diversity are deeply valued. Her upbringing in Iran, the United Kingdom, and Chicago has instilled in her a profound appreciation for the performing arts, which she first discovered after witnessing Andrew Lloyd Webber's "Aspects of Love".
Maggie's extensive travels across Europe, the Middle East, and North Africa have been instrumental in shaping her expertise in the Performing Arts. Her experiences have not only broadened her cultural horizons but have also honed her skills as a performer.
After settling in Southern California, Maggie pursued her passion for the performing arts by studying Theater & Film at the University of California and South Coast Repertory Theater. She also trained at the original Meisner house in Los Angeles, completing the esteemed program.
Throughout her career, Maggie has been an integral part of numerous theater productions, as well as independent and studio film and television projects. Her impressive acting abilities were showcased in her guest star role on ABC's The Rookie, where she demonstrated her fluency in Farsi.
Currently, Maggie is busy working on various film projects, both in front of and behind the camera. Her latest endeavor, Speed Date Inn, received critical acclaim at the Cannes Film Festival. Her upcoming film, "Only", alongside Freida Pinto and Leslie Odom Jr., is set to premiere at the prestigious Tribeca Film Festival later this year.
