Mark's breakout role was as Joe Mangel in the iconic Australian soap opera "Neighbours," where he brought to life one of Ramsay Street's most beloved characters.

Prior to his stint on "Neighbours," Mark had already gained recognition for his portrayal of Ron Miller in "The Flying Doctors" and won the Australian Television Society Award for Best Actor. He has also appeared in several notable Australian mini-series, including "Waterfront" and "The Dunera Boys."

In addition to his television work, Mark has had a prolific career in theatre, with notable roles including Costard in "Loves Labours Lost," Crispin in "A Chorus of Disapproval," and Toad in "Wind in the Willows." He has also played the Australian performance artist and designer Leigh Bowery in the West End production of "Taboo" and on tour.

He has also appeared in numerous other productions, including "Shock Treatment" at The Kings Head theatre and "The One Day of the Year" at the Finborough Theatre.

Mark's West End debut was in the one-man play "Defending the Caveman" at the Apollo Theatre, which he went on to tour nationally and internationally for ten years. He was awarded the Olivier Award for Best Entertainment for this production.
