Matt Price, a talented individual, was born in the vibrant city of Chicago and spent his formative years in Evanston, Illinois. His parents, a lawyer and a puppeteer, instilled in him a unique blend of creativity and intellectual curiosity.
Matt's academic pursuits took him to the University of Michigan, where he co-founded the improv troupe "highly IMPROVable." This early foray into the world of comedy and performance laid the groundwork for his future endeavors.
After graduating, Matt made his way to the entertainment industry, working on several MTV shows before relocating to Los Angeles. It was in LA that he co-created pilots for Fox and NBC, marking the beginning of a long and successful career in television.
Throughout his career, Matt has appeared in a wide range of shows, including Arrested Development, The Office, Men of a Certain Age, and Transparent, to name just a few. His impressive résumé is a testament to his versatility and dedication to his craft.
As a writer, Matt has received numerous accolades, including an Emmy Award for his work on the Cartoon Network's Regular Show in 2012. He has been nominated for Emmys five additional times, a testament to his exceptional writing skills.
In addition to his work on Regular Show, Matt co-developed and served as the Supervising Producer on the animated series Close Enough for HBOMax. He has also written for several seasons of Adult Swim's Final Space and contributed to Root of All Evil, featuring Lewis Black, as well as other shows on Comedy Central.
Matt is married to his wonderful wife, Tamara Krinsky, and they share a beautiful life together in Los Angeles with their lovely daughter.
