Matt Frawley's journey in the entertainment industry began in 2000 when he was working on an episode of The Fugitive in Seattle. Director James Frawley predicted that Matt would be extremely busy if he relocated to Los Angeles, and indeed, Matt made the move in 2005 at the age of 47, carrying a modest seven credits with him.
Fast forward to 2023, Matt has amassed an impressive 133 credits to his name, vindicating James Frawley's prophecy. Some of his recent projects include recurring roles on Kingdom Business on BET and The Game on Paramount+, as well as feature films such as Devotion alongside Glen Powell and Jonathan Majors, and Agent Game with Mel Gibson.
Audiences may recognize Matt from his role as Sheriff White in The Judge. He has also made numerous appearances on late-night talk shows, including 19 skits on Jimmy Kimmel Live and 11 on Conan.
Before transitioning to television and film, Matt started his career in radio, working in various cities such as Buffalo, Miami, San Francisco, and Seattle. He took a break from radio to pursue a career in stand-up comedy, spending eleven years on the road honing his craft.
Voice-over work is another passion of Matt's, and he has worked with a range of clients including Dodge Ram, California Milk, and Discover Card. He has also narrated two seasons of Murder Among Friends for Investigation Discovery Channel.
In addition to his voice-over work, Matt has a background in promo work, having worked on projects such as The Daytona 500, The Voice, and Nascar Race Hub. With Source Connect, Matt is able to record voice-overs from the comfort of his own home studio, giving him the flexibility to take on a wide range of projects.
