Maxim Baldry, a talented individual, was born in 1996 in Surrey South Eastern, Surrey, to an English father and a Russian-born mother. His early life was marked by a unique blend of cultural influences, as he spent the first seven years of his life in Moscow and Warsaw, before relocating to England in 2003. This formative period laid the groundwork for his future pursuits in the performing arts.
As a young boy, Maxim developed a passion for acting, which would eventually become a defining aspect of his life. He was actively involved in various independent stage productions, including a notable performance in 'Peter and the Wolf' at the V&A, before joining Jacke Palmer Stage School in 2005.
Maxim's breakthrough in the entertainment industry came in 2007, when he landed the role of 'Stepen' opposite Rowan Atkinson in 'Mr Bean's Holiday.' This performance earned him a nomination at the Young Artists Awards in the category of Best Performance in a Feature Film. He subsequently appeared in the highly acclaimed HBO/BBC T.V. Series 'Rome,' playing the role of Caesarion, and made his stage debut at the National Theatre in 2008, starring in the production of 'The Rose Tattoo.'
In 2010, Maxim was selected to be part of the National Youth Theatre, and he has since taken on a range of projects, including voice overs for 'Little Polar Bear 2' and 'The Kinematograph' by Tomek Baginski. He also lent his voice to a BBC Radio 4 adaptation of John Irvine's 'A Prayer For Owen Meany,' playing the character of Johnny opposite Toby Jones.
Maxim's extensive experience in the entertainment industry has also led to a memorable supporting role in the early scenes of the 2019 film 'Last Christmas.'
