Maximiliano Hernandez, a talented individual, was born in Brooklyn, New York, to Honduran immigrants Jose Maximiliano and Maria Elena Hernandez, who were the proud parents of three children, with Maximiliano being the middle child.
As a teenager, he discovered his passion for acting while attending Bishop Ford High School, which was an unexpected turn of events, as he initially took up acting to avoid detention. His interest in the craft only grew stronger as he continued to hone his skills in college.
Maximiliano's academic pursuits led him to audition and secure a spot in the prestigious BFA program at the Leonard Davis Center For The Performing Arts in Harlem. However, his time at the institution was cut short when he was invited to join the Workhouse Theatre in Tribeca, an opportunity he couldn't resist.
He went on to co-found several experimental theatre troupes, including Axis Theatre Company, The Hot Box Theatre, and Room 203, showcasing his talents at various iconic venues across New York City, such as The Public, The Lucile Lortell, The Cherry Lane, and many others.
Although theatre remained his first love, Maximiliano's career in film and television proved to be a lucrative venture, allowing him to work with esteemed directors like Joss Whedon, Mira Nair, Gavin O'Connor, Kenneth Branagh, The Russo Brothers, Denis Villeneuve, and numerous others.
Maximiliano is a devoted father to his son, Diego, and currently resides in Los Angeles, where he continues to pursue his passion for acting.
