Following her secondary education, Melanie enrolled in the esteemed Acting for Stage and Screen Program at Capilano University, a prestigious institution renowned for its excellence in the field of performing arts. Melanie has recently been featured in the indie film "All in Madonna" produced by Blue Lake Films, where she took on the role of Maddie, which premiered at the Whistler Film Festival in December 2020, and subsequently earned her a 2021 Leo Awards nomination for Best Lead Performance Female Motion Picture.
