Michael Ancram

Michael Andrew Foster Jude Kerr, the esteemed 13th Marquess of Lothian, Baron Kerr of Monteviot, a distinguished member of the House of Lords, holding the prestigious titles of PC, QC, and DL, previously known as the Earl of Ancram, and more informally referred to as Michael Ancram, until his ascension to the marquessate in the year 2004, is a prominent Scottish Conservative Party politician.
