Born and raised in the vibrant city of Columbus, Ohio, Mike Faist's passion for the performing arts led him to make the bold decision to relocate to the city that never sleeps, New York, at the tender age of 17. With his sights set on stardom, Faist enrolled in a prestigious conservatory, only to ultimately decide to drop out after just two semesters, opting instead to hone his skills in the real-world arena of Off-Broadway productions.
Faist's dedication and perseverance soon paid off, as he made his Broadway debut in 2012 in the highly acclaimed "Newsies: The Musical". However, it was his role as Connor Murphy in the 2016 Broadway production of "Dear Evan Hansen" that truly catapulted him to stardom, earning him a Tony Award nomination for Best Performance by an Actor in a Featured Role in a Musical.
