Biography

Nathalie Levy, a remarkable individual, came into this world on November 22, 1976, in the beautiful country of France. As she embarked on her academic journey, studying law at the esteemed Université Panthéon-Assas, she stumbled upon an extraordinary opportunity that would forever alter the course of her life. A fellow student, with a passion for publishing, was launching a groundbreaking bi-monthly magazine and sought the expertise of Levy, who was more than happy to lend a hand. This serendipitous encounter marked the beginning of Levy's illustrious career as a journalist, a profession that would eventually become her true calling.

She embarked on a journey of professional development by affiliating herself with the esteemed French Press Institute, which facilitated her participation in a succession of internships at prominent media organizations, including Canal+, Radio J, and Kol Israel in Jerusalem.

As she navigated the bustling streets of Jerusalem, Levy seized the opportunity to engage with the local populace, conducting in-depth interviews and gathering firsthand accounts as an independent journalist. This pivotal experience not only honed her reporting skills but also granted her the chance to provide exclusive reports to BFM Radio, showcasing her burgeoning talent as a journalist.

It was the year 2001 when Levy made her professional debut at the esteemed editorial office of BFM Radio, where she seamlessly transitioned between the roles of reporter, international press reviewer, and news presenter. This marked the beginning of a new chapter in her career, one that would see her hone her skills in multiple facets of the broadcasting industry.

In the year 2005, a pivotal moment in the history of French television occurred with the establishment of BFM TV, a groundbreaking channel that would go on to revolutionize the way news was consumed by the French public. As a direct result of this significant event, Levy was summoned back to the newsroom, tasked with the weighty responsibility of replacing the esteemed Ruth Elkrief as a news presenter.

Levy parted ways with BFM TV in July 2009, making the bold decision to join the esteemed France 5 television network. This significant career move enabled her to contribute to the daily show C à vous, a program that garnered immense popularity, from September 2009 until the following summer. Subsequently, Levy made the decision to return to BFM TV, where she took on the responsibility of anchoring the 9:00 to 10:00 pm and 11:00 pm to midnight news blocks with Info 360, a testament to her versatility and dedication to her craft.

As the autumnal season of 2011 unfolded, journalist Levy took the reins of presenting the news alongside Jean-Baptiste Boursier, commencing their broadcast at 9:00 pm and continuing until the stroke of midnight. Subsequently, in October of the following year, Levy took a well-deserved maternity leave, paving the way for Lucie Nuttin to assume the role of presenter, a position she already held with distinction as the titular host of Week-end 360.
