Nathan Wilson, a talented individual, was born in the quaint town of Round Lake, Minnesota. From a young age, acting was a burning passion within him, and he pursued this interest by studying theater at Mankato State University in Minnesota. During his academic tenure, he had the opportunity to appear in a production of ESCAPE FROM HAPPINESS, which garnered a nomination for a prestigious Kennedy Center American College Theater Festival recognition. Additionally, he took part in theatrical productions of HOUSE OF BLUE LEAVES and STATE FAIR, further honing his craft.
Upon relocating to Los Angeles, Wilson continued to nurture his acting skills by studying with the renowned John Kirby. He also actively performed in productions at the Garage Theater in Long Beach, California, and spent his time perfecting his comedic timing through improv with The Groundlings and the former IO West. Throughout his career, he has acted in numerous independent features and short films, such as DOCTOR MABUSE and THE LAST CASE OF AUGUST T. HARRISON.
In 2013, Wilson penned his first screenplay, A GAMBLING MAN. He co-produced, co-wrote, and acted in the film WILL AND LIZ, which is now available to stream on Amazon Prime. Moreover, he co-wrote the script for the short film CRYPTO, in which he also starred.
In 2018, Wilson founded Round Town Productions, a company that has allowed him to pursue his passion project, LOON LAKE. This long-held dream project was brought to life when he returned to his hometown of Round Lake to shoot the production on location in the fall of that year. Wilson is currently working on his next screenplay, further solidifying his position as a talented and dedicated individual in the world of entertainment.
