Ned Vaughn's life story began in Huntsville, Alabama, where he discovered his passion for acting at the tender age of eight, debuting in a community theatre production of the iconic musical "Oliver!". As the son of an artist and a civilian Army public affairs specialist, he effortlessly blended his artistic pursuits with athletics and music, a harmonious balance that would continue until he left high school.
College proved to be a transformative experience for Ned, as he began to focus intently on his acting career. However, his ambitions took a dramatic turn when he made the bold decision to drop out of college and relocate to New York City with a mere $600 and a one-way rental car. To make ends meet, he took on a job as a doorman at the esteemed Wellington Hotel, simultaneously auditioning and honing his craft at the renowned HB Studio.
Ned's early success in television commercials was a promising start, but it was his starring role in the feature film "The Rescue" that catapulted him to stardom. Playing the heroic son of a captured Navy Seal, he traveled to exotic locations such as New Zealand and Hong Kong to bring the film to life. Following the completion of the project, Ned made the permanent move to Los Angeles, where he has resided and worked ever since.
Throughout his illustrious career, Ned has had the privilege of embarking on thrilling adventures around the world, from exploring the depths of submarines to scaling the heights of mountains. Yet, it is his role as a devoted husband and father that holds the greatest significance in his heart. In 1997, he married his lovely wife Adelaide, and together they have been blessed with five beautiful children, filling their lives with joy, love, and a sense of fulfillment.
