Prior to embarking on her artistic journey, Taylor majored in biology, but her passion for the performing arts soon led her to pursue studies in theater and dance at the prestigious University of Richmond.
Her academic pursuits continued as she earned a Master of Fine Arts degree in Acting from the esteemed Actors Studio Drama School, further honing her craft and solidifying her position as a talented thespian.
