Nick Emad Tarabay, a Lebanese-American actor, is widely recognized for his captivating portrayal of Ashur in the renowned Starz TV series Spartacus.
Born in Beirut, Lebanon, Tarabay hails from a large family, with his mother and father still residing in the country alongside his younger brother and an extensive network of cousins, uncles, and aunts.
Following high school, Tarabay relocated to New York, where he embarked on a career in the fashion industry, working as a clothing salesman for esteemed brands such as Hugo Boss and Gucci.
Concurrently, he pursued his passion for acting, studying at the T. Schreiber Studio and gaining valuable experience by appearing in Off-Off-Broadway productions.
In 2004, Tarabay made the transition to Los Angeles, where he continued to hone his craft under the guidance of renowned acting coach Larry Moss. His talents were showcased in the studio's staging of John Patrick Shanley's critically acclaimed play, Danny and the Deep Blue Sea.
