Pablo Santiago was a multifaceted professional, effortlessly transitioning between the roles of director and producer, leaving an indelible mark on the film industry with his work on Nag-uumpugang bato in 1961, Nueva Viscaya in 1973, and Bontoc in 1977.
Despite his remarkable accomplishments, Santiago's life was cut short on August 16, 1998, when he tragically passed away in Greenhills, San Juan, Metro Manila, Philippines.
