Person Biography:
Born in India, Parm Soor was raised in London before making his way to Canada, where he pursued his passion for Theatre at The University of Winnipeg.
After completing his actor apprenticeship in Canada, Parm spent ten years honing his craft on stage and as a stand-up comedian across North America, before landing his first film role in 2002.
This marked the beginning of a successful acting career, with Parm going on to secure a recurring role as Sgt. Nadeem Parmirin in two outstanding CBC crime dramas, DaVinci's Inquest and DaVinci's City Hall.
His impressive list of film and television credits includes appearances in the Emmy Award-nominated miniseries Traffic, the Genie Award-nominated film Partition, the Gemini Award-winning miniseries Human Cargo, and the Writers Guild-nominated feature film Afghan Luke.
Today, Parm Soor resides in Vancouver, British Columbia, where he continues to make a name for himself in the entertainment industry.
