Paul, a talented individual, was born in the vibrant city of New York, but spent his formative years in Lynchburg, Virginia. His academic journey began at Northwestern University, where he earned his undergraduate degree in 1993, before furthering his knowledge at the esteemed Old Globe/University of San Diego Drama School, where he obtained his master's degree.
In 2004, Paul, along with his producing partner, Kelly Miller, co-founded their production company, Pulled Pictures, with the goal of bringing Paul's directorial debut feature, Forgiven, to life. This ambitious project, which Paul also wrote and starred in, was filmed in Wilmington, North Carolina, during the fall of 2004, and later premiered in dramatic competition at the prestigious 2006 Sundance Film Festival.
In addition to his work in film, Paul has made a significant impact in the world of theatre. He has performed in numerous productions, including the 2002 Broadway revival of Noises Off, opposite the talented Jane Curtin, and the downtown rock musical Debbie Does Dallas. Paul's versatility has also led him to work in television and film, splitting his time between these mediums and his work in the theatre.
Currently, Paul resides in New York City, where he continues to pursue his passion for the performing arts.
