Pete's early life was shaped by his parents, a theatre producer father, Sydney Wilson, and a classical dancer mother, who instilled in him a love for dance from a tender age of four. As he grew, Pete's passion for dance only intensified, and he began formal training at The Urdang Ballet School in London at the age of sixteen.
Two years later, Pete further honed his craft at Arts Educational London, where he focused primarily on music, with no intention of pursuing an acting career. However, a chance encounter on his motorcycle, where he gave his best friend a ride to the set of "Music Machine", a British adaptation of "Saturday Night Fever", led to an unexpected opportunity. Pete was asked to play a small part in the film, and his performance caught the attention of the assistant director, who offered him the lead role in his first low-budget film, "Knights Electric". Pete's acting career was born, and soon, he secured an acting agent.
Pete's breakthrough role came when he auditioned for a leading part in "Remembrance", the first film produced for Channel 4, alongside notable actors Gary Oldman and Timothy Spall. He landed the role and embarked on a promising journey in the world of acting, with his career taking off in the following months.
