Born to a French-German family, this talented actor is fluent in five languages: French, German, English, Spanish, and Portuguese. He began his journey in the world of acting while attending a French high school in Munich, Germany, where he discovered his passion for the craft.
After completing his military service, he started a banking career on his father's advice, but soon realized that it wasn't his true calling. He took acting lessons on the side and eventually quit banking to pursue his dream. Despite being broke, he landed smaller roles on German and French TV and cinema, gradually moving on to independent and professional productions.
To hone his craft, he attended various acting workshops around the world, as well as stunt workshops, having trained in martial arts during his youth. He became a member of Action Concept, one of the world's largest stunt companies, and worked with different actor's studios to stay active.
In 2007, he received a job offer for a Brazilian TV show, "Eterna Magia," on TV Globo, which was seen by 60-70 million people daily. He played the lead antagonist alongside Brazilian stars and learned Portuguese from scratch.
After this successful stint, he returned to Europe and based himself in Paris and Berlin. He acted in feature films, TV movies, series, and plays, appearing on screen in Spain, where he starred in the hit TV show "El ministerio del tiempo" and was nominated for the Goya Award for Best Actor Revelation.
He has worked on well-known international productions such as "Homeland," "Xcompany," and "Das Boot," as well as the Emmy-nominated series "Charité II." He has also appeared in "Dime quién soy," "Cuba Libre," "Money, Murder Zurich," and "Napoleon and Metternich," among many other projects.
Throughout his career, he has worked alongside talented and acclaimed actors, including Miranda Otto, Mandy Patinkin, Rainer Bock, Pierre Richard, Tom Wlashiha, Fanny Ardant, Niels Arestrup, Gerard Lanvin, Patrick Bruel, Marian Alvarez, Irene Escolar, Will Keen, Maria Pia Calzone, Laetitia Eido, Esther Acebo, and many others.
