Born on April 26, 1968, in Lugos, Romania, Radu's artistic journey began to take shape as he pursued his higher education at the prestigious National University of Theatrical Arts and Cinematography, graduating in 1991.
As his career progressed, Radu landed his first significant role in the 1999 film "Diplomatic Siege", marking the beginning of his foray into the world of cinema.
