In 1985, his company, MBS, made a significant breakthrough by securing the Walt Disney audio library for the UK, marking a major milestone in his professional life.
Fast forward to 1995, Santilli's company, MBS, was at the center of a controversy when he marketed the fake documentary, "The Alien Autopsy," which garnered widespread attention and eventually became the subject of the Warner Brothers Movie "Alien Autopsy" released in 2006.
Throughout his illustrious career, Ray Santilli has been involved in various businesses, including film and television production. He founded several companies, including "AMP Management," an artist management and development company, "Star Promotions Ltd," a marketing and promotions company, and "Music Broadcasting Services Ltd," an independent record label that handled the exclusive rights to the Walt Disney audio library in the United Kingdom.
In addition, Santilli founded the Merlin Group, which specialized in the re-recording of hits with original artists. Furthermore, in 1995, he established Orbital Media Group, a film and television production company, solidifying his position as a prominent figure in the entertainment industry.
