Raymond S. Persi, a Thai-Italian California native, is a renowned director whose illustrious career has taken him to the forefront of major film and television studios, including 20th Century Studios, Illumination Entertainment, and Disney Feature Animation.
Notably, Raymond received an Emmy Award for his exceptional directing work on the iconic animated series "The Simpsons".
Most recently, Raymond has directed a string of critically acclaimed Peanuts specials produced for Apple TV+, including the Annie Award-winning and Emmy-nominated "Snoopy Presents: One-of-a-Kind Marcie" and the Leo Award-winning and Emmy-nominated "Snoopy Presents: Lucy's School".
At Disney, Raymond played a pivotal role in the story department for the Oscar-winning films "Frozen" and the short "Feast", as well as "Wreck-It Ralph".
He also produced and directed the award-winning independent short "Ghost of Stephen Foster" and co-directed the animated feature film "Extinct".
