Growing up, Réal's childhood dream was to compete in the 1984 Olympics as a sprinter. Although a hamstring injury forced him to abandon this aspiration, he quickly discovered a new passion for acting. He leveraged his athleticism and acting talents to become a stuntman in Canada, marking the beginning of his acting career.
Réal's commitment to his country is evident in his ownership of three gyms. He is also a certified Crossfit Football coach, personal trainer, and youth and high school football coach. Additionally, he has honed his skills as a boxing coach.
