As the Banquet Chef at Legends' ASPIRE at One World Observatory, Vincent is responsible for curating bi-annual menus for ONE Dine, meticulously researching and procuring the freshest ingredients to create seasonal offerings that exceed expectations. Furthermore, Vincent leads the execution of premium events at ASPIRE and the One World Observatory, working closely with clients to design custom menus that cater to their specific dietary requirements and event needs.
